The personal data transmitted by sending your request for information on our boats or our company by filling out this form are name, surname, e-mail address. We remind you that the data marked with the symbol * (asterisk) are mandatory and must be provided in order to process your request. The other information is optional and you can decide whether or not to provide it.

The purposes of the processing are: a) to manage your request for information on our boats or our company and to be able to provide you with an answer; b) subject to your specific consent, to send you marketing communications in the form of a newsletter.

The legal bases of the processing are: for the purpose referred to in letter a) the consent of the interested party (art. 6 letter a) GDPR) and the execution of a contract to which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (art. 6 letter b) GDPR) and for the purposes referred to in letter b) it is the consent of the interested party (art. 6 letter a) GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed digitally or on paper by internal personnel of the Company in charge of managing the requests transmitted as authorized to process based on written instructions received from the Data Controller, as well as by any third parties as Data Processors or as Data Controllers.

The personal data communicated by the interested parties will be retained for as long as necessary to allow the execution of the purposes for which they were transmitted and, in any case until the interested party requests their deletion, except for different contractual or regulatory obligations and/or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. The data transmitted for marketing purposes will be retained for 24 months and in any case until the interested party requests their deletion.

We remind you of the right to exercise the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, the rectification or deletion of the same, the limitation of the processing that concerns you and to oppose such processing, in addition to the right to data portability.
