The birth of\u00a0EB Yachts<\/strong>\u00a0has a mother and a precise date:\u00a0Enza Bauco, 7 July 1976<\/strong>. On that day, a story began of genuine passion for boating, for the sea and for boats. The children Benedetta and Francesco Orlandi were immediately involved: the eldest daughter Benedetta was only twenty days old when she walked through the office door for the first time.<\/p>\n

The bond with the Ferretti brands \u2013\u00a0Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, Custom Line<\/strong>\u00a0-, for which Enza has been dealer since 2000-2001, is very strong: her activity as a broker allows her to acquire technical expertise of the highest profile. In customer relations, know-how makes the difference: knowing all the technical aspects of a yacht to perfection reassures the customer.<\/p>\n

The family team has been able to integrate different skills:\u00a0Enza<\/strong>\u00a0has remained the \u2018technical\u2019 reference, thanks to the experience gained over decades of work,\u00a0Benedetta<\/strong>\u00a0has developed more of a penchant for design, and\u00a0Francesco<\/strong>\u00a0deals with sports boats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Who is the customer for you?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

He is not simply the buyer of a boat. With customers we have a relationship of great trust and familiarity. We are their constant reference, even in the after-sales phase. That\u2019s our way of doing things, we love to accompany the customer step by step through the entire bureaucratic, shipbuilding and insurance process. It\u2019s not just a service, it\u2019s our mission.<\/p>\n

What is the greatest obstacle and the greatest satisfaction in your relationship with customers?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The first obstacle is that of trust: you have to gain the client\u2019s\u00a0trust<\/strong>, break down that wall of initial mistrust that naturally characterises all human relationships. But then the most gratifying satisfaction is precisely that of being chosen, and of seeing that choice renewed even decades later. There you realise that your professionalism has been fully appreciated and recognised. The sense of achievement you feel surpasses any financial gratification.<\/p>\n

For some years now you have been collaborating with Italian Yacht Store, the Italian dealer.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A relationship has been created that goes beyond work, a friendship based on\u00a0mutual esteem<\/strong>. To work well and share important goals, this is fundamental.<\/p>\n

Why did you choose Ferretti Group?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It is a natural choice, consistent with our history. With the Ferretti Group we boast the longest collaboration, but above all we share the\u00a0company values<\/strong>. We could say that selling Ferretti is easy, because it\u2019s all about the best products and the best brands in each category:\u00a0Pershing<\/strong>\u00a0for sporty hard tops,\u00a0Itama<\/strong>\u00a0for Open boats,\u00a0Ferretti Yachts<\/strong>\u00a0for those who seek excellence in seaworthiness,\u00a0Custom Line<\/strong>\u00a0for customisation and customer care. There is no other group like it in the world. This is what we convey to our clients.<\/p>\n

Where are EB Yachts\u2019 offices located?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Our reference areas are\u00a0Lazio<\/strong>,\u00a0southern Tuscany<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Umbria<\/strong>. We have an office in\u00a0Rome<\/strong>\u00a0and one in\u00a0Porto Ercole<\/strong>,\u00a0Cala Galera<\/strong>\u00a0(a historic nautical hub in the Tyrrhenian), on the Argentario in Tuscany. These are strategic areas for us. Argentario is a very convenient area, just an hour from the capital, a tourist reference since the 1970s, where many have bought homes. Many of our clients then sail south of Rome, in the Circeo area, as far as the Pontine Islands.<\/p>\n

How do you see the future of boating?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We are very confident. The\u00a0boat<\/strong>\u00a0is the medium that gives\u00a0the greatest freedom<\/strong>, it satisfies the desire for escapism that is increasingly widespread today. Those who had abandoned boating have now rediscovered it with greater passion.
